G is right, if the gig is worth a shit its going to cousin or a nephew or the kid of the guy who loaned the money to the guy who started the place or the server who has been taking lunch shifts for a year. if you knock on some doors and get aggressive you may be able to work your way into some crappy shifts but its going to require a lot of shoe leather and networking.
