The Roosh Program
I am making this thread to keep myself accountable. I have boxed up my video games and television. I have deleted my pornographic videos and bookmarks. I will relentlessly pursue this goal until I have completed it. I will update my progress but save my questions until I have completed my first 100 approaches.
1. Start a workout routine.
I have Convinct Conditioning. I will follow it with consistency and fervor.
2. Get your hands on a game resource.
I have Bang and Day Bang. I will read them during my breaks at work.
3. Do 100 approaches.
I have over 100 days to approach 100 girls. I will start with day game due to my work schedule. (M-F 3p-11p)
4. Watch one episode of Seinfeld a day.
I have every episode on my laptop. I will do this immediately following my morning alarm.
5. Limit masturbation to only one day a week.
I have no other outlet for orgasms currently. I will only masturbate on Sunday evenings.
6. Write down notes and observations in a dedicated player notebook.
I have a small moleskin notebook that has not been used. I will take it everywhere I go and use it only for notes related to this program.
7. Read one new book every two weeks.
I have thousands of books on my laptop that can be transferred to my e-reader or tablet. I will do this when I have time I cannot otherwise fill with approaches or other responsibilities.
8. After your 100 approaches, take two weeks off to reflect.
9. Repeat steps 3 through 8 while still working out.
At this point I will post my notes and ask questions. I am not counting steps 8 and 9 in this deadline, but I will continue to repeat the steps until it stops being a program and starts being my new life.
