For #7, it was probably the interview vibe that put her off, along with not enough rapport. If you find you're asking more than 2 questions in a row, you can quickly change the topic by making a statement about something she's wearing, or something interesting you noticed about her, and some kind of comment.
For example:
You: "What are you studying?"
Her: "blablabla"
You: "Oh thats cool, what year are you in right now?"
[time to shift away from questions]
Her: "3rd year blabla-"
You: "This is really random, but your hair really looks like (celebrity)"
Her: "Oh really? Thanks! ------"
[now she's talking about that celebrity, and you mention which song or movie of her's that you like]
Now you're breaking the interview vibe, while at the same time building nice rapport about what kind of music or movies or celebrities she likes, its win-win.
