When I slumped into a mini depression period after I got dumped by my last LTR , I stopped practising . I've restarted practising hard though .

But honestly I don't think I'll ever give up daygame though . I'm starting to get decent at it . I like the feeling of going up to a women I like and talking to her . I've never been able to do that my entire life. It's been an eye opening process .

You can do both but you'll get exhausted
