Thats how my ideal life would be, spend my afternoons reading, working out in my own gym and building cool shit, nights gaming and socializing, being attended by a hot personal assistant that takes care of all of my needs.

This guy did the closest to that with a plane hangar, after seeing that, I thought about buying one old hangar and turn it into a cool place, there are many old hangars in many places in USA and Europe very cheap to buy, better is to have a job that allows you to work from home.
