Do not derive your confidence from women at any age, but especially at this age. You are 19...understand that at 19 most men have trouble because in your peer group women are much more sexually valuable at that age. Of course continue working on your game and thightening things up but also focus on developing an interesting and successful life and draw confidence from that. Keep approaching, but have fun with it and understand that if you build something great with your life you have a long window of ever-increasing success with women ahead of you...that alone should boost your confidence and make it easier to take the blow outs when they come, which they will.
