I think, as a general rule, the more touristy a country is, the less likely the girls are to care if you are a foreigner or not. It's the reason why countries like Spain, France, Italy, Greece, ect. are some of the worst. Thousands of foreigners have gone to these countries for decades so the 'foreignerness factor" has worn off. Conversely, if you go to countries that don't get that many visitors, usually you are more desirable. There are some general exceptions of course, such as perhaps the Philippines or Peru.
