The key is to not argue with them or entertain any of their irrational complaints. Keep your frame and realize that likely they will say "sorry for how I was acting the other day, I was on my period".

Agree here with one exception. I don't strap up at all during this time. It's the one time of the month when you can blow your load balls deep with no worries whatsoever.
