He is jealous that he is a lower-T version of Anita Sarkeesian.

His angle was the same as Dave Rubin's basically and I don't see what his weight and lack of muscle tone have to do with anything. Plenty of normal or fit guys talk exactly like he does. He's 5% or less of the problem posed by the people, like Sarkeesian, who attacked him.

I don't agree with him on his politics, yet he's articulate and questions identity politics within the left on a number of occasions.

Boogie is about as close as you will get to a reasonable leftist, aside from someone like Sargon.
