Obviously this is because there are certain girls, deviant from the norm, who will have casual sex frequently and quickly. However, whatever defines "sluttiness" in terms of ease and speed of sex is necessarily an outlier. The average girl will not fuck you in 30 minutes. Girls who are particularly slutty will. On the other end of the curve, there are particularly prude girls who will take way too long to fuck.
A lot of game is learning to select for girls who enjoy/want/are open to quick sex, to make your life easier.
