It's also a fucking hell hole and dangerous as shit by all acounts, I know a few folk who get paid big bucks to work out there and they hate every second of it. They'd never go there for pleasure.
When I posted about resistance and militia the news was still reporting fighting in the capital nomad, militias loyal to the ousted president were fighting on, other pcokets of resistance were not ready to give up in other parts of the country....I don't think it was 'safe' by any means. Most of the war had ended but the conflict was not over and probably won't be for a while now.
