If you get a girl in the Phils and you're her first foreigner, you're going to have a good girl that's pretty damn loyal.
Disagree completely about girls being only 6's and 7's here as I'm seeing some smoke shows and even the few times I've been out in clubs I've seen some real stunners.

What's great about Phils is it's common for women to be proficient in English whereas, unless you're dating an upper class Dominican girl or a call center girl (very likely to also be a foreigner chaser) then you need to have great Spanish.
