With a lightbox, does it have to be above your eyes, like sun tends to be to work? THe sunbox is only 14" high so it will not be above my eyes, if I place it on my sit-stand computer desk. Also I would think you might get macular problems over time, but I'm willing to take that risk if its not all year round. During the summer I probably could just leave a window open for that.
