I see absolutely no obvious differences in overall energy, strength etc. related to whether I haven't masturbated for a couple of days before (I'm not doing the NoFab thing, although I'm considering trying it as my libido - but again, not overall energy - does drop in periods where I masturbate every day) or masturbated once or twice just before going to the gym.
In either scenario I could have an average day at the gym, one where I feel particularly strong and endurant, or one of the fairly rare ones where I'm a bit low on energy.
For reference I'm 37 - been working out regularly most of the time for the last 22 years - and not on any kind of testosterone supplements.
