Phil Fish is an arrogant game designer who created "Fez" along with Zoe's fuck-buddy Brandon. He has a huge ego but low output, he spends most of his time talking down to people. He's far less talented than he tells himself he is. He is far less talented than his blogger friends claim as well.
There's a fair amount of circumstantial evidence that he has also fucked Zoe. His ego is likely damaged from the embarrassment of knowing that he is not special and that the one chick who put out for him also fucked everyone else in his fishbowl. The second level of that is the general disgusted response of those who have seen her myriad of nude photos.
