Been through this situation twice with 2 different girls. Both occasions i had to be the one maintaining the level head and guiding them through the process.
Shes gonna breakdown at some point between now and after the operation so maintaining your ice cold frame and sticking to your decision is paramount.
Whatever happens, just remember and remind her that this is the right thing to do.
