Pulling out, when done correctly (pulling out BEFORE the orgasm has started and urinating between all orgasms) is quite effective. Source: me. Never knocked up a girl.

One way to know if you're pulling out correctly is if you need to give your dick a few more jerks to get to orgasm. Otherwise you're doing it way too late.
