I don't take getting snipped lightly. You should definitely have sperm saved and stored properly no matter how against fatherhood you are at the time. I'd only consider doing it if I was done having kids (I would still store more sperm).
In fact I am thinking about storing my younger sperm right now even with not getting snipped so if I want kids 10+ years from now I have the option of using healthier sperm.
I go with condom AND pull out. I've had many condoms break and I didn't know until I pulled out.
Also the condoms are always spermicidal so if they break and I pre-cum before pulling out it is hopefully killed.
