^^^ A moving average is another good idea. Not sure if it came across in my post, but what I was trying to say is that it's possible to track it every day and become less worried about it, because you realize how much it fluctuates. Also you realize you can "enjoy yourself" every once in a while, and if you are generally hitting your calories/macro targets it doesn't really change much of anything. It's the long term trend and habits that matter.
If only you knew how bad things really are.
