Is additive-free Peanut Butter a good snack?

Nuts in general are good for bulking but I would limit them if you're trying to stay lean. They're very calorie dense food and chances are you'll need to eat more than you should in order to satiate yourself.

I used to make pistachio shakes that must have been at least 1500 calories each. I would pound those regularly and I went from 185 to 215 in a year. My BF% also went up obviously, but I was happy with the weight gain. I enjoyed having a generally bigger torso and especially back. I'm at 200 now trying to get down to 10%BF.

My favorite nuts are pistachios. I make make granola with toasted oats, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, pistachios, and dried cherries, all of it sweetened with maple syrup. Shit is like crack. Just a little bit sprinkled over yogurt gives me a fix and a little goes a long way.

"...so I gave her an STD, and she STILL wanted to bang me."
