Don't use the word beautiful it is acid to women's ears.

Say her dress looks great on her, or if she has on something cool that catches your eye. Going extremely direct in a bar is almost always over the top. They know you are talking to them because you want to bang that is a given in a bar you don't need to say it.

You are better off just saying hi, and asking about the bar or some other bar around or simply comment about what the girls are up to and see if they are warm.
