Trimming with nose hair scissors is the best method (I have the tweezerman ones which are pretty decent). It's accurate, and allows you to leave the hair that's not visible. Electric trimmers take away too much, as does waxing. If you remove too much your nose will run, and you don't have the nose hair to filter the crap from the air you breath. Trimming with scissors takes slightly longer though, but it's worth it.
