As usual the hamsters are out in droves to confirm the "have-it-all-trope" of feminism.
It does not matter, whether 1:100.000 women can actually have it all. Yes - there are highly intelligent, very wealthy and also quite successful women out there - usually working for smaller companies (with a lot lower workload than at PepsiCo) or having founded the companies together with their husbands/partners - all those women may actually have a family and a reasonable work-life balance.
But that comparison is similar to telling men, that they will all be rich, famous and drowning in pussy! Yes - guys - you can have it all - you will be rich, famous and women will approach you actively!
The point is whether it is doable for the other 99.999 of women, who are not born-wealthy, having a super-high-IQ or gettting a fantastic job through a fortunate combination of luck/work/talent.
