My whole thing is, if you openly take photos of random people's on the street, you are bound to get into some kind of altercations.
There's nothing illegal with taking photos of people in public areas. However, it will eventually get you into trouble. Nobody wants their picture taken by some random stranger.
This guy could have avoided it IMO.
