The fact is that homicidal maniacs are not right in the head and will blame their actions on ANYTHING in order to shirk responsibility. We wouldn't trust these guys to give us directions to the 7-Eleven; why trust them when it comes to talking about their motives?
Anyway, think about it: If The Beatles, pornography, and junk food really did drive men to kill, the murder rate would be sky-high. Especially back in the 1990s, when we all waited in lines outside Best Buy to get the new "Anthology" CDs (anyone remember those days?).
