I went from night owl to morning person and now waking up is a habbit. Even after a long night out I will wake up at around 8-9 without any alarm.
Just force yourself out of bed for 30 days and make it a habbit. If necessary get a second alarm and put it on the other side of your bed. After a few days you will fall asleep earlier, as you are just to tired from a long day.
Also it helps to have a good reason to wake up early. Do your to-do-list before you go to bed and prepare yourself mentally to wake up early and get lots of stuff done the next morning.
