Great idea for a thread, I myself am a metal music fan, which doesn't help seeing as the Spanish speaking world doesn't seem to be very big on the genre. This leaves me mostly with pretty banal (though enjoyable) rock music, here are some of the ones I like, although a lot of them don't use basic Spanish:
