Congruence to me is, taking actions and making decisions based on a defined set of rules that may be based on believes/mindsets you have. Basically she is trying to flip switches, playing with us, like men play with their electronics by flipping every possible switch to understand how it works and to properly manipulate it. If you flip the same switch several times and always get a different result, you will start to hate your electronic toy. The device is not reliable/predictable. Its the same with women trying to flip men's switches.
