I was in the same boat as YoungBlood. I got chlamydia from a girl I was having protected vaginal intercourse with, but I wasn't protected during oral. These infections are so common that you can't really assume a girl that has contracted one to be a slut. When a girl understands the infection entirely, they should be absolutely grateful that you gave them the heads up.
