Seems like such a bizarre word to use. I frankly think I would be somewhat disturbed if a girl called me daddy. But then I'm not a native English speaker and I don't remember banging any native English speakers, though a few might have slipped through on vacations in the past.
I can't think of any non-disturbing sexual use of the equivalent word in my native language whatsoever, and I'm not sure about the local language here as I don't speak enough Bulgarian yet - so far I've certainly not had any reason to connect татко to anything sexual either. It's something little kids say to get the attention of their father. Or mommy and daddy calling each other such in the presence of their children.
