EC Stack has helped me immensely. I've taken it off, and on for the past 5 years or so. When I get off of it, I do initially gain some of the weight back, but I never gain all of it back. For instance, I might lose 15 lbs in a month, but once everything is leveled off in 2 weeks, it ends up being a 10lb total weight loss.
