Well I would say that yeah, looks count when it comes to day game -- any kind of approach game. Fucking...any kind of game period.
But it's all unique to the individual chick and her preference. I've seen ripped guys get blown out because the girl prefers the skinny hipster dude, or vice versa, etc.
I do think though that regardless of looks, you do get points for displaying manliness. Approaching a random girl takes balls. I can think of literally 0 guys who approach girls. Most people just don't do it. I've asked girls and a lot of them say the only ones who do are old creepers. Just the fact that you do it will put you a head above most men.
