The Most Common Languages Spoken in the U.S. After English and Spanish

This is interesting, I knew about the large Arab population in MI but I'm surprised to see that Russian is still strong in the North West. I also agree about the previous comments on Arab women, we have a good number of them in Northeast Ohio and many are surprisingly attractive, particularly those of Lebanese or Syrian ancestry.
