@Zengling - you are right about Louis CK. He has had a strong work ethic his entire career. He used to fix cameras just so that he could operate his own and make short movies.
Although - he admits that whilst he works hard compared to other comedians. The problem is that other comedians don't work anywhere near as hard as they should. He once mentioned how he used to hate see comedians sit around smoking dope all day and then go stage and repeat observations they made up from watching dumb TV during the day. Often they would be repeating jokes that were not even theirs.
