There aren't any, unless you consider regret by sluts a "sexual danger". But he just couldn't resist making a little pitch for the "old-fashioned restrictions" even though it contradicts the main point of his article (which is that there isn't any reason for these sinister kangaroo courts).
There is no "rape epidemic" of any kind. There is absolutely nothing going on except a witch hunt.
By the way, Sowell is 83 years old so he ain't running for any office...
