I would say they they overestimate their own value. The number of times I've heard Ukrainian girls say that they're "the best"...

A good way to neg them is to say that Russian girls are more elegant (use шикарный) and French/Italian girls are more graceful (use изящный). You'll see their Cinderella complex crumble right in front of you.
