Not really, Cartagena is. The city of Buenaventura is the major hub for African-Colombian, followed by Cali. BAQ is 75% Mestizo women.

Nope, Medellin is not the most DTF. If anything you will deal with a lot of flakes, and bullshit (see Bigbootyluvrs rants on another thread). Men love it because it has the highest concentration of beautiful women in Colombia. Banging 8's above in MDE require a very solid social circle, fluency in Spanish, and a TON of patience.
The most DTF women are BAQ, and PEI when compared to other Colombian cities.
