If you have received this message we regret to inform you that due to the FDA's new regulations regarding electronic cigarettes your order has been delayed. As of April 24 2014 our product no longer complies with American Federal law and as such our dropshipper could not legally ship your product resulting in a backlog of orders.

Due to our high volume of emails we were unable to see the notification from our dorpshipper and continued to assume we were operating as normal. Contrary to popular belief the new FDA regulations come into effect right away and not within 90 days of their announcement.

We are working hard to comply with the new FDA regulations and once they have been met we can resume shipping and you will receive your product.

For those requesting refunds unfortunately pursuant to our terms of service and the fact our dropshipper is ready to ship your order we cannot offer a refund at this time as your order is coming from the factory to our dropshipper and not through us. If further issues persist we will however offer refunds.

Please allow an additional 2 - 3 weeks for your orders to arrive. We are extremely sorry about the circumstances and will be shipping all of those affected a hard copy of our marketing guide and a box of our new sample flavors once they are in production. Free of charge of course.

We will update our website with a copy of the new FDA regulations later today.
