Open the image you want in another tab and copy its address. Let's use this one:

Write [img] [/img] and put the picture address in between the img tags.

(added spaces so it's doesn't work)
(here it is without spaces)


Or click the picture icon in the toolbar above the post editor (the one that is to the right of bulleting options and down of font color) and paste the picture address in the offered popup, which will create the appropriate img tags automatically.
