I don't see anything that says the secretary at the white house is going to make the same amount of money as senators and the president. That would be ridiculous. All I see is that a man and a woman with the same job title are going to make the same amount of money.
Affirmative action and quotas for companies to hire a certain number of women are a different story and I don't agree with that. But this, by itself, can only be a good thing. Equal pay forces people to hire the best man for the job.

Secretary at the white house isn't going to be compared to senators and president because they aren't working at the same agency, or the same job.
A much different and more realistic scenario is some federal agency, like the Department of Transportation, where one guy is responsible for finding and hiring contractors to manage the country's road system.
Meanwhile, there is some chick whose job is to answer the phone calls and respond to potential contractors.
The guy who hustles and does the hard work gets the same pay as the woman behind the desk. All that needs to happen is for the woman to be given the same title as the man, so she can be considered an "equal worker."
But of course, men always do most of the work, so what ends up happening is women now have a powerful law they can use to bend wages to their advantage.
Employers will be unable to base a person's salary on what they do, and instead must regulate wages based on job titles. So now the system becomes a process of sucking up even more in order to secure lucrative jobs that pay the same wage regardless of output.
It's just another terrible socialist policy enacted by a retarded socialist president supported by a large ignorant electorate who have never opened a single economics book in their entire lives.
Exactly. In the end all it is, is the liberal govt. stealing from men to give to women, so women don't want or need men in their lives. And the men slave away and get less and less in return.
