LOL at Goa, or India in general re girls. It's good for the food, or beaches in Goa, or sights. Other than that though it is like basically going back in time to the 60's or earlier. India is still a highly conservative society. Going to parties in Goa is really lame still sadly. Give it 10-20 years, it will become more of a whoredom like South Korea etc. Money drops panties.
