As I lay to sleep alone I always sleep on my back, arms extended with hands shoulder level or above, shift my focus from the root chakra that causes horniness to heart chakra and relax my body, breath deeply. Eliminate mundane thoughts and say the evening prayer, emanate love for the world, express gratitude to the God for his gifts in my life especially for showing me the truth that made me this awesome motherfucker that I am and wholly surrender my body to a God given rejuvenating sleep. I never drink coffee nor use any stimulants which probably also helps. I always fall asleep within 5 minutes after I wish it.
