The school has an insane female to male ratio, like 70% girls.
Guys who are social, play sports, decent game will absolutely kill over there. But as always, 80% of the girls getting laid with 20% of the guys.
But man, if you are in that 20%....
If you aren't a college student though, and don't have the social connections to get into circles, parties and such, it's basically a typical suburban city.
