Yeah, but getting from intermediate to Advanced level is not anywhere near as easy. Once you're weights start getting up there, it can take months to eke out another 5kg - but can be lost twice as fast if you get sick, injured or demotivated.

I'm pretty far beyond the minimums for intermediate, but still a fair way off advanced levels on all lifts except overhead press, which is already there. It's always been my relative strongest lift.
