Those are prerequisites which you must have before even looking on automation. Sure you can use scripts someone else developed (if they share it; I never shared mine), but the problem is that if they share it with you, they'll share it with everyone. And very soon they all will be blocked as those sites typically make money on ads, and scripts do not watch ads.
