Belgian girls and girls in the north of France can be tall so don't expect a lot of petite girls.
That's another point worth mentioning. Dutch girls are way blonder and taller than Flemish girls. They are also in good shape because they've all been cycling every day since they were children. They do not have the petite frames like girls in France or EE have though. Germanics and Nordics rarely do.
