If you don't fit in a certain brands available sizes then maybe upgrade your clothing "ceiling" by paying more for better quality AND fit or just have everything tailored. When I went to Asia, what I should have done was buy a bunch of Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus house brands when on sale, then tailor overseas for 1-10$ a shirt depending on the quality of the tailor.
