I can't workout unless I'm nourished (I get hypoglycemic easily), and I can't workout until 1.5 - 2.0 hours after eating, so that eliminates the morning.
I usually have a snack (eg, protein bar) around 3 pm, then workout starting around 5:30-6:00 pm.
