There is no exact plan to execute under time pressure except not appear too thirsty. Mine were both going to area colleges (I was in Baltimore where there are a bunch).
If you don't get to "seal the deal" in the next few days, keep the door open and hit her up again over winter break. I remember once meeting a girl at a mall in the summer, checking in with her for months when she still had a b/f and finally in spring we went out when she was single. If you have several plates spinning, a few delays don't matter, or may even work out better if you hit a dry spell come winter.
