You know, there is some truth to this. It's december and most people in this country live above the 37th parallel. That seasonal aspect disorder really hits hard as the days are continuing to get darker and darker. I go into work with it being barely bright out and I leave work with it being barely light out.
I've been popping 10,000 IUs of vitamin D and it seems to be helping. I should hit the tanning salon and see if that helps. I hate winter and living in the North East. I need to move to a warmer climate.
